Purchase terms — version 2026-10-12

The product page and saved order state the plugin, compatibility requirements, total price including VAT, domain allowance and updates/support period. Downloads become available after confirmed payment. You register your domain and paste the domain key into the plugin settings to receive eligible updates. Registered subdomains are included within the purchased domain allowance.
This is a one-time purchase with manual renewal, not an automatically renewing subscription. Installed plugin functionality is not disabled when the commercial updates/support period expires. Renewals extend the existing licence from its current expiry, or from payment confirmation if it has expired. Software supplied under GPL retains its GPL rights; domain limits apply to our hosted update/support entitlement, not to rights granted by that software licence.
We accept cancellation of purchases and renewals within 14 days after the day of payment confirmation, including after download. No digital-content withdrawal waiver is requested. Use Cancel purchase on our website or email us with the order reference. No reason is required. We acknowledge online requests by email. We refund the amount paid through the original payment method within 14 days after cancellation, without a cancellation fee. Contact us if the button is unavailable or a legal deadline is extended.
Cancellation ends the entitlement purchased in that order; refunds remove the hosted update/support entitlement purchased in that order. Refunding an unchanged latest renewal restores the previous expiry; cases involving later changes are reviewed. Statutory rights remain unaffected. The commercial support period and refund window do not limit mandatory rights concerning faulty digital products, necessary updates or remedies. If a plugin does not perform as described in the stated compatible environment, contact us for assistance and the remedy required by applicable law.
Orders and billing details are retained for accounting and customer support. An invoice or receipt is available in My account and is emailed when receipt delivery is enabled. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections applicable to the buyer. Dutch law applies only insofar as it does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections.
